Q. I'm wanting to start growing my own sprouts at home and am after some organic potting mix. Could tell me if your Certified Organic Vegetable and Herb Mix would be suitable for this purpose?
A. Yes, this mix would be fine for growing sprouts, though you might want to consider seed raising mix instead which is ideal for sprouting seeds, but if you prefer an organic product then the veg and herb mix would be adequate for the job.
Q. Do you have a potting mix without wetting agents as I am after a mix that is as pure as possible as I have had cancer?
A. After calling the manufacturer I was told that this product does NOT contain any wetting agents since it certified organic. 30/10/14.
Q. How many bags of this 30L potting mix do I need to make 1 cubic metre?
A. 1 cubic metre equals 1000 Litres. Therefore you will need 33.33 bags of potting mix. For 1/2 a cubic metre, you will need 16.6 bags.
