Q. I want use some chicken mesh as a bottom floor of my bunny's cage but I worry it's so thin and too soft to step on?
A. This mesh can be put directly on the hard ground of the rabbits cage. However if the mesh is suspended above the floor to make a grate you would need to put down a timber mat for the rabbits to walk on as the mesh alone would be too harsh on their feet. You also might want to consider some thicker bird mesh instead as the chicken wire may sink in depending on the size of your cage.
For use in bundling, tying reo, closing bags and many other uses.
