Covert Cockroach Gel Bait is a high-quality gel, often used by professionals. Works differently from most conventional insecticides. Contains a unique active ingredient called Imidacloprid that targets the insect's nervous system. Ideal for homes, restaurants, schools etc when used according to directions on packet.

Covert Cockroach Gel Bait is a group 4A insecticide for treating cockroach infestations. This is done by the active constituent "imidacloprid" that targets the insect's nervous system. Essentially causing paralysis when the bait is eaten by the insect. Ideal for homes, restaurants, schools etc when used according to directions.

Directions for use

Situation Pest Rate Critical Comments
Barracks, farm buildings, food processing establishments, factories, homes, hospitals, metalworks (non-product areas), offices, restaurants, schools, shops, storerooms, transport vehicles and facilities Small cockroaches e.g. German Cockroach Light infestations - 1 placement per m2  Apply gel in out of the way locations where cockroaches occur e.g., under fridges, near water heaters, behind microwave ovens, garbage bins etc. Reassessment of treated areas one month after initial baiting is recommended to evaluate if additional baiting is required. Bait placements should be replenished when consumed or at least every 3 months as long as pest populations persist.
Heavy infestations - 2 placements per m2
1 placement = a 5mm ball (about the size of a pea or approximately 0.1g) or in a line about 2.5 cm long
Large cockroaches e.g. American Cockroach Light infestations - 2 placements per m2  American cockroaches require more bait because of the quantity which can be consumed by a single cockroach. Reassess baiting effectiveness as above.
Heavy infestations - 3 placements per m2

Safety Directions - Will irritate eyes. Avoid contact with eyes. Wash hands after use. COVERT COCKROACH GEL BAIT is not to be for any purpose, or in any manner contrary to the situations above.

General instructions - Apply using a suitable applicator for gel baits, Gel should be applied out of reach of children, pets and other animals. Do not place gel on surfaces that are frequently cleaned.

Do not allow to contact food/livestock, feed or water. Do not place gel on surfaces where food is prepared or on utensils that are used for food preparation, on food packing materials or on surfaces where food packing materials are stored.

Storage, Spillage and Disposal - Keep out of reach of children. Do not store in direct sunlight. Store in the closed, original container in a cool, dry place. Completely empty syringe in normal use. Dispose of empty syringe and carton by wrapping in paper, placing in a plastic bag and putting in the garbage.
