Sharp Shooter Organic WeedKiller is a glyphosate-free herbicide. Its rapid, non-selective formula controls weeds including: barnyard grass, camel melon, capeweed, chickweed, common storksbill, couch grass, clover, fat hen, giant brome grass, indian hedge mustard, lambs tongue, peppercress, potato weed, perennial ryegrass, sowthistle, stinking roger, whorled pigeon grass, algae, moss and lichen.

It’s ideal to use in the garden, on driveways and paths, around buildings and as a spot spray in lawns. It works quickly to control weeds, however, it must come into contact with the green part of the plant to work effectively.

Sharp Shooter Organic WeedKiller is an organic contact herbicide containing pelargonic acid (nonanoic acid), natural plant oils converted into a natural acid. Pelargonic acid occurs naturally in plants including geraniums. It acts on the plant foliage causing it to quickly dehydrate and collapse. Visible results are seen as browning and wilting, usually within hours of application.

Non-residual and biodegradable, it breaks up rapidly in the soil, leaving no lasting residue. It is safe to use around edible produce as there is no withholding period when used as directed.

ACTIVE CONSTITUENT: 525 G/L NONANOIC ACID

To be effective, Sharp Shooter Organic Weedkiller must come into contact with the green parts of the plant. Sharp Shooter Organic Weedkiller will control many weed species and is non-selective.

Shake well before use. Ensure that all weed foliage is totally covered with spray as Sharp Shooter Organic WeedKiller is a contact spray only. Partial coverage will give only partial control. DO NOT spray if weeds are wet. DO NOT apply if rainfall is expected before spray deposits dry on plant surfaces. DO NOT apply in windy conditions. DO NOT allow entry into treated areas until the spray has dried. DO NOT water treated area for 24 hours to achieve maximum results. DO NOT apply if heavy rains or storms that are likely to cause runoff from soil are forecast within 3 days of application. DO NOT irrigate to the point of runoff from soil for at least 3 days after application. DO NOT allow spray to contact or drift onto plants you DO NOT want killed. If accidentally sprayed, hose off immediately to reduce injury.

Concentrate Mixing Instructions: Half fill spray tank and commence agitation. Slowly add required amount of Sharp Shooter Organic Weedkiller concentrate*. Top up with required quantity of water. Agitate well before commencing. Spray procedure. DO NOT mix more than is needed.

*General application: 70mL per litre of water

Apply by ground equipment only using for example boom or spot sprayers. Apply using a coarse droplet spray. Optimum application volumes are related to weed maturity and density. Contact with the weeds is essential for control, as such apply in sufficient water to ensure complete and thorough coverage of foliage.

CAUTION

DO NOT spray porous surfaces without prior testing. May cause discolouration on porous hard surfaces.

DO NOT allow chemical containers or spray to get into drains, sewers, streams or ponds.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Keep out of reach of children. Store in the closed, original container in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children. DO NOT store indirect sunlight. Dispose of empty container by wrapping in paper, placing in plastic bag and putting in garbage.
