Sulphur is an elemental mineral that is bright yellow in its natural form. We have an extensive range of sulphur powder for gardens and other uses, from pure elemental sulphur to various processed options with mixed ingredients for specialised purposes.

Elemental Sulphur (by the kg): Our best-selling sulphur powder is 99.9% pure yellow dust, available in various economical sizes ranging from 1 kg to 25 kg. It is bright yellow in colour and highly versatile. It can be used to lower soil pH levels or as a fungicide for plants. While not widely known as an insecticide, it does possess significant insecticidal properties. When applied to plants, it is usually used as a vegetable dust. It disrupts the protective waxy outer layer of soft-bodied insects such as mites, thrips, whiteflies, aphids, and some beetle larvae. Other uses include treating mites in chickens, internal parasites in certain animals, and treating sulphur deficiencies in soil, which can cause plant yellowing and rolled-up leaves

Wettable Sulphur (Fungicide & Miticide): This brown/yellow product is mixed with water and sprayed onto crops. It contains 800 g/kg of sulphur for the control of certain fungal diseases such as powdery mildew, rust, brown rot, black spot, and mites in grapevines, pome fruit, stone fruit, and vegetables. It also controls powdery mildew and two-spotted mites in ornamentals, and mites in citrus, grapevines, and vegetables.

Manutec Sulphur Fine Granules: Sulphur is an essential mineral for plants and is necessary for the formation of Chlorophyll – the green, light-absorbing pigments in plants. A sulphur deficiency results in yellowing, usually of the whole plant, and small leaves with rolled down edges.
