Questions & Answers:

Q. Do i need i need a rooster to hatch fertile eggs?

A. Yes, you will need a rooster together with your hens to produce fertile eggs that can be used in the incubator to hatch. Otherwise the eggs are only good to eat.

Q. What is the temperature range for this incubator?

A. The usual range is 35 to 40 degrees.

Q. I need an incubator to maintain 20 to 30 degrees, would this incubator be suitable?

A. The temperature adjusting nob on this incubator seems to only have a 35 to 40 degree range. Therefore it seems as though it would be difficult to get this incubator to go under 35 degrees.

Q. Do these incubators need power adaptors or do they plug directly into australian power points?

A. They plug directly into Australian powerpoints.
