How it Works

Roundup incorporates a highly effective systemic action, developed originally by Roundup for the agricultural industry. The active ingredient is absorbed through the leaves and enters the plant's sap stream. It is then carried to the growing points of the weed's roots and shoots. Roundup kills the leaves, shoots and root. Soil is left ready for replanting. Because it kills right down to the root, Roundup will eradicate almost all weeds, including deep-rooted perennials such as Horsetail, Bindweed and Nettles.

How to Use

Remove cap and click side button to treat two annual weeds, each with a leaf area of no more than 150cm2. Roundup Weedkiller Gel will stick to the leaf. Once the treated leaves have dried, it will be safe for pets and children to return to the area, and you can carry out new planting.
