When to sow : (Sp) = Spring. (W) = Winter.  (A) = Autumn.   (S) = Summer. (ALL) = All Seasons.

Vilmorin Lettuce Seed Selection : 

Lettuce Batavia (916) - (Sp) A little bit earlier than 'Blonde de Paris'. Good tolerance to heat. Voluminous heart with blond lacey foliage with a slight red edge.

Lettuce Batavia Lollo Bionda (921) - (Sp) This variety characterized by it's size. Produces yellowy green leaves which are very crunchy. With fine lacey leaves and no heart. Can be grown all year round. Its excellent taste and its presentation will brighten up your salads. Cut the leaves as you need them.

Lettuce Cos Blonde (922) - (Sp) Variety for spring and summer cropping with a tall elongated heart and thick, crunchy, yellowy green leaves. Good heat tolerance.

Lettuce Great Lakes (926) - (Sp) Heat resistant variety with large tight hearts, which keeps well when mature.

Lettuce 4 Seasons (930) - (Sp) Summer and autumn lettuce, very hardy. Large heart, wavy leaves with a strong red tinge.

Lettuce Salad Bowl (942) - (Sp) This variety doesn't produce a heart but lots of leaves that can be cut as needed.

Lettuce Red Salad Bowl (944) - (ALL) Its originality is due to it's presentation and taste, doesnt form a heart but produces a lot of leaves of a deep red colour which can be cut as needed.
