GRANULAR LIME STANDARD:

A quality granulated lime soil amendment, derived from fine powdered limestone. The granular lime formulation enables easy application to soil.

Powdered lime is difficult to apply accurately for many users and can be a messy experience in general. In windy conditions powdered lime easily drifts off target and makes for inaccurate non-uniform application to soil.

Granular Lime Standard from Amgrow enables easy application of lime to soil to accurately and uniformly amend soil. Lime is generally used to lift soil pH if soil is to acidic.

A soil pH of 5.5 and lower will generally be an indication that lime or dolomite is required to raise the soil pH and allow plants to continue to grow optimally.

APPLICATION

Granular Lime Standard can be broadcast with traditional granular fertiliser application equipment. Soil tests at least once per year are recommended to determine your lime application rate. Rates will vary for each situation, so see your local agronomist.
