1 of 2. Please select this option only if you're ordering far from Sydney ie in Regional NSW or outside NSW. If you're in Sydney or surrounding areas please select the oaten hay option labeled Sydney & Surround (see below)
2 of 2. There are no refunds if you are not happy with oaten hay quality. Everyone's definition of what is acceptable oaten hay is different and some rabbits are very fussy and we can't be held hostage to these subjective opinions. We do our best to source the greenest hay and 90% of the time its great but every batch varies and we can't guarantee it will always be to everyone's liking.
HOT TIP: Alternatively, consider the new MEDIUM-SIZED COMPRESSED OATEN HAY BALE (below) to avoid the oversize freight fee that some couriers apply to the large bale.
These oaten hay bales are highly compressed and the feedback we have had from our customers is that these bales are more often superior to other oaten hay bales and are especially suited to small animals like rabbits and guinea pigs.
Oaten hay is vet recommended as a great high fibre supplement for all rabbits, that helps maintain rabbit digestive health. Oaten Hay should be given in addition to nutrient-dense foods like rabbit mix and pellets.
Hay, in general, is an important part of a rabbit's diet and should ideally make up about 70% of their food intake.
