Diatomite is often used in the garden as a soil additive or as an alternative growing medium for certain orchids and other plants. It also has many other uses. This bag is approximately 60 to 65 Litres in size.
NOTE:Â To put this products bag size in perspective, it is about 50 to 70% larger in volume than the other diatomite product we sell called Kleensorb. Also just like Kleesorb this product is also super heat treated at 200 degrees.
Diatomite 7 to 15 mm grade is virtually the same as Kleensorb (2 to 7 mm) except that it significantly more coarse at 7 to 15 mm.
